RVSM Altitude Measurement System
Foliage developed a next-generation, high-precision Altitude Measurement System that complies with new FAA regulations for Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums (RVSM) in commercial jet corridors. The new regulations shrink the vertical separation between jets traveling in the RVSM flight corridors to 1,000 feet.
The system was developed in C on a Motorola 68332 to meet DO178B Level A certification requirements.
