A market leader and manufacturer of catheter navigation systems approached Foliage for assistance in helping them define and implement a software development process for use in their next generation product release. The client, an innovator and industry forerunner in guided magnetic technology, was looking to establish a disciplined product development process that would enable them to meet projected time frames while keeping R&D expenditures at a minimum.
Foliage had previous experience with the client having already successfully completed the development of an enhanced product feature set for their magnetic navigation system that is used in cardiology applications.
